The most important role in a space startup? + 18 new jobs
A special featured role, plus opportunities at top space companies and how to tell your story.

Hello everyone,
Welcome to Issue #11. This one is big.
Every week I see many job opportunities but some just stand out more than others. Sometimes it is the company's mission, other times it is the role itself. This week, we have one of those. A unique opportunity to get into a space tech startup on the ground floor, in a role that is not typical engineering.
It got me thinking about how important these non technical roles are for building a real business in the space industry. A great idea is nothing if you don’t tell the world about it.
But let’s first, take a look at this week's featured opportunity.
Be Part of the Future at EDGX! 🚀
EDGX is a fast-growing Belgian space tech startup revolutionising the industry with intelligent, adaptive spacecraft. Their mission: to build satellites that react in real time to deliver ultra-fast global connectivity, all powered by onboard AI.
They are looking for their very first Sales & Marketing Coordinator.
This is a hands-on role where you will help shape how EDGX shows up in the market, builds partnerships, and tells its story to the world.
Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, resourceful, and eager to grow with a company redefining what’s possible in space.

Space Career Thought: Storytelling is a Superpower
It does not matter if you are an engineer, a project manager, or in sales. Your ability to tell a story is crucial.
In your CV: you tell the story of your skills and accomplishments
In an interview: you tell the story of why you are the right person for the job
In a startup: you are telling the story of your company to investors, partners, and future colleagues.
That Sales & Marketing role at EDGX is a perfect example. Their success depends not just on their tech, but on their ability to make people believe in their vision.
Never underestimate this. How are you telling your story?
And in case you’re not taking this seriously… check this video and thank me later ;)

💡 CV Boost Update
The weekly CV review is still one of the best parts of my week. I'm still selecting one subscriber at random for a private 1:1 review.
For the new people here: if you want a chance to get a fresh pair of eyes on your CV, just reply to this email with it attached and tell me the type of role you're aiming for. No promises, but I do one every week.
🔗 Help This Community Grow
I need your help to expand our reach:
Tell me: Which company (or kind of role) should I add next? I’ll use your replies to prioritise upcoming job hunts.
Share: Know someone looking for a role in space? Forward this email or share findaspacejob.com - your share helps grow this for everyone.
Build with me: Have you got any feedback for the newsletter or board? The more feedback, the better the site becomes.
Your input directly shapes our next steps!
And that’s all this week. I hope you found it useful.
As usual, more to come in findaspacejob.com during the week.
Until next Thursday,
Jaime
