Should I bother applying if I don’t meet 100% of the requirements?

Short answer: YES.

Most people who get hired don’t tick every box. If you meet ~70% and show a real interest in the company/mission, you’re already ahead of many applicants. Especially in this industry, I’d say curiosity and adaptability go a long way and are more important than we might think at first.
